Return & Refund Policy

At House of Sultan, every outfit is crafted and inspected with care. However, we understand that issues may arise.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unstitched items only.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused, unstitched, and in original packaging.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Stitched or customized products (including altered or measured outfits) cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our WhatsApp support within 7 days.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our address (shipping cost borne by the customer).

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit after inspection of returned items.
